💚💚✨ We’re so excited to reveal our brand new kitchen at our HQ! ✨💚💚

This has been a long awaited dream for our children and adults alike - a space to learn, build confidence and share special moments — and it’s finally a reality.

A huge thank you to for playing such a vital role in making this happen - it truly wouldn’t have been possible without their support. We’re also incredibly grateful to Co-op, NisaLocally, The Bernard Sunley Foundation, Robert Hall Foundation and Social Investment Business for their generosity and belief in our work.

We couldn’t be happier with how it’s turned out. Officially named ‘The Fox & Ember Kitchen’ 🦊

Today marks its very first activity, with our young people celebrating Pancake Day by making pancakes together! 🥞🎉

🎄CHRISTMAS COLLECTION FOR ALICE CHARITY 🎄

Yesterday our Beaver Scouts took to the neighbouring streets to sing carols and collect donations for our winter food collection for the Alice Charity.

We are so proud of the young people who took part and overwhelmed by the generosity of our community and know that this will go such a long way to helping families in need over the festive period.

Just a few more days until our big Christmas collection for the Alice Charity. We have had alot of interaction so hopefully it’ll be successful.

Unfortunately we ran out of leaflets so I’ve only leaflet dropped most of the houses on the streets highlighted. But will still be walking round the other streets too! If anyone knows anyone on the streets not highlighted please do spread the word to them. I can send you a digital copy of the leaflet if required. Thanks so much for the support.

🎄 🎄 CHRISTMAS FOOD APPEAL 🎄 🎄

This year our Beaver Scouts are going on a local walk of Milton to collect food donations for the local Alice Charity!

If you are able please leave a donation on your doorstep on Tuesday 9th December by 5.30pm and we’ll aim to have it collected by 8.30pm.

We will also be offering 1-2 carols whilst on route for those that wish to have a little sing song (please send a message).

Streets we will be visiting will be posted in the comments (if we can add to this list we will). We will also have collection points at Milton Co-op, 85th Milton Scout Group and the Susie Cooper Gardens Bench.

Anything you can give 1 tin or 10 is really appreciated. Food will be distributed to local families who need it most.

👷THANK YOU Leek Building Society👷

We have been working hard over summer to freshen up our scouting headquarters, ready for returning next week.

Yesterday we had five fabulous volunteers from Leek United helping us paint our fences, to give them a new lease of life.

Can you help us? We have lots more of the fence to paint and we’d really love to finish it off before summer is over 💚

💚⚜️ What an adventure it’s been for Declah ⚜️💚

The first at 85th Milton to complete every single Squirrel and Beaver badge across both sections!

From her first adventure as a Squirrel to her journey through Beavers, she’s explored the outdoors, built shelters, cooked delicious food, been crafty, helped others and had fun. Along the way, she’s shown determination, curiosity and been a team player.

Declah, we’re so proud of your hard work. What does cubs have in store for you? 💚💚💚

Over this year our young people have been taking part in 100 year activities to celebrate Stoke-on-Trent. So far we’ve taken part in The People’s Parade, Group Meet 100 Years activity evening and we’ll be doing a group wide litterpick in September.

We wanted to mark this occasion with a badge. Our young people have designed some themselves. Please ‘like’ 👍🏻 the photo which is your favourite design.
