What a fab day we had last Friday with pupils of Stoke Minster School helping us to create the wildflower garden in the grounds of Stoke Minster.
This post by SOTCC perfectly captures the day and what the project is about!
(Which is great, as we are just about coping until our social media queen returns in July πŸ˜†)

LATER START TOMORROW!
We'd love to see you at 11.30am tomorrow (Tuesday) morning.
It's a bit of a later start due to a technical issue with the scarifier today, now resolved.
That's why you'll need to wear shoes to protect your toes! 🐾

It's so exciting to see Anthony Hammond chainsaw carver creating this stunning oak log bench as part our project in the grounds of Stoke Minster. Artists Anne and Rachel along with environmental educator Francesca have been hosting activities and workshops in the Minster grounds for the last couple of years. Over the next weeks we'lll see the creation of a labyrinth and woodland walk to complement the bench. It's great to see people enjoying the nature-rich grounds around the Minster.

It's great to see the children enjoying the new garden. We're loving working on the project!

We're delighted that Festival Stoke's associate artist Lisa Nash is working with us to create panels for The Wallace Centre where we've created a community garden over the past year. They will feature Lisa's beautiful animal illustrations.
We'll make sure you see the final results.
