Wednesday 28th is our monthly coffee morning in the Link Room, at the Bridge Centre, Birches Head ST2 8DD.

We will be there from 10.30 and this month we have Red Watch from the Fire Service coming to do a very important fire safety talk, and show us their Fire Engine. This is always a popular session ! 😀

We are collecting bottles for our fundraising Bottle Stall in November, so if you have any jars / bottles such as toiletries, drink, alcohol etc....any will be welcomed, as well as special raffle items. 🍾🧴🍶🍾🧴

The following meeting is our super Christmas Party.
Please bring £6 to book your place.
The Party is November 25th , 10.30 to 2 30 in the big room, accessed from the rear carpark and includes Entertainment, Steve's Christmas Quiz, and a buffet and more !

ARE YOU A NIGHT OWL OR AN EARLY BIRD? 🦉

It’s getting late, but we have a sneaky suspicion that quite a few of you are still wide awake! 👀

Living with MS can certainly play havoc with our sleep patterns!

😴 Exhausted all day but wide awake at bedtime?

🌙 Struggling to fall asleep despite feeling completely drained?

⏰ Waking up at ridiculous o’clock and finding it impossible to drift off again?

🛌 Or perhaps you’re one of the lucky ones who manages a good night’s sleep (please share your secrets! 😂).

MS fatigue and sleep difficulties can be a frustrating combination. Pain, muscle spasms, bladder problems and other MS symptoms can interrupt sleep, while poor sleep can make fatigue even harder to manage the following day.

HELP WANTED.....
One of our fabulous young volunteers Twiggy from North Staffs group, is working with our members and writing a song about Multiple Sclerosis.

He performed the song at our coffee morning and is now looking for a recording studio to assist with producing a CD.

Does anyone know anywhere that could offer a studio session for the production of this charity record ? We are happy to travel anywhere within a couple of hours of the Midlands to achieve this.

It will raise awareness and funds for people with MS.

Any suggestions welcome.
