Staff training evening for the team delivering our Situational awareness package consisting of the following;

Conflict management
Threat and risk awareness
Exit strategies
Situational awareness
Use of force law.

Great enagement from the team, this shows we are different we put time and effort in to creating a more rounded team with the skills to de-escalate Situations.

We are looking for tutors to work within the Academy in Stoke, please read below the skills that are necessary and which are desirable:

Necessary
- Clear DBS
- Must be able to work with young people that can be challenging aged between 11 and 16 yrs old.
- Must be able to follow instructions and simple processes.
- Must be competent and in English, Maths and ICT.
-Must be able to work in a team or on your own initiative.

Desirable
-Driver
- Have a form of teaching qualification ie PTTLS, AET L3 or anything similar.
-Worked in this type of setting before.

Full training and guidance given and us a perfect opportunity to work for a company that is small and considers all there staff, and young people.

There are also additional opportunities to earn extra money.

37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 830am to 1630am however this is flexible depending on the situation.

This during term time however yout still paid every month.

28days paid holiday which is including bank holidays however we only open during school term time unless the school requires you in to prepare, so you are off during all the school holidays unless the school requires you which is unlikely.

1 school year and look at what we have achieved, the young people that we work with, most have not been given much hope to avhieve any qualifications however we have embraced there energy and took a different approach in educating the young people, making them more educated and better people all around.

The statistics don't lie!

Don't complain about the youth of today unless you are helping them.
