Summer Street Centre

Summer Street Centre The Summer Street Centre is a community and arts centre in the heart of Stoke community, just out of the town centre.

Used by a number of regular groups it is also available to hire for parties, meetings and events. In June 2017 a new chapter started in the life of this lovely community building, as The Summer Street Centre. The home of Stoke Baptist Church the building is used by many different groups for their events and activities. Increasingly we've been hosting arts and crafts activities at the centre and de

cided that our building needed a face-lift and a new name to suit how people use the building. Although we front onto Foden Street our side is along Summer Street, and when we had the super summer graffiti art painted in 2016 we were inspired to rename the building and install a colourful new sign. Now we look as bright on the outside as on the inside!
