There is nothing quite like the taste of fresh, handmade pasta. Join us at Glow Up Kitchen where we’ll show you exactly how to roll, cut, and make your own pasta dough from scratch.
It’s going to be a great evening of fun, learning, and plenty of flour!

We're looking for someone experienced in movement and chair exercises to run our Fit 4 Friday group.
The group runs 12:45pm - 3:15pm and involves gentler exercises for the over 50s plus a social chat with refreshments.
