Just Family just Dads Connection – tomorrow 10-12 💬

Being a dad is a lot…
but it’s also everything thing to some..

The pride. The laughs. The moments that mean the world.
And sometimes… the pressure, the stress, the feeling you’ve got to hold it all together.

Truth is — nothing has to be “wrong” to come along.

This is about positive connection.

Maybe your kids are young and that first year’s been tough on both mum and dad.
Maybe you’re a stepdad, finding your place.
Maybe your kids are growing up and you’re not quite sure where you fit anymore.
Maybe hormones are kicking in and things are shifting at home.

Or maybe life’s actually okay…
but you just want to connect.

With other men.
Other dads.
People on your level — who just get it.

And if things are tough…

Feeling stressed, angry, anxious…
Missing your kids, divorce, working all the time, unemployed, feeling on the outside a bit…

THIS Saturday sees the start of our NEW FREE Dads project with a schedule of workshops as well as Dad and child activities. No referral required but booking is essential.
**Expectant Dads/Dads/Carers/Grandads/step Dads all welcome**

These sessions and events are facilitated by our visiting Practitioner Eljin, who brings over 16 years of experience in the wellbeing sector. Most importantly, hes a Dad too - so he truly understands the journey.

This project has been funded by the governments Household Support Fund and there are eligibility criteria for participants. The project aims to support families and individuals who are finding it hard to cover everyday costs by providing an air fryer, access to food supplies, recipes, and cooking tuition. When completing the short application form you will be asked to, confidentially and securely, inform us of your eligibility.
