What an experience! What a journey! What a challenge!
I am feeling very proud of what I have achieved during this challenge and thankful for everyone's support.
During my journey I had the pleasure of meeting some amazing people, Oakleaf Community Projects CIC The Manor House Inn CH Taxis The Golden Fleece and many more that stopped and spoke to me along the way.
I have to give a big thank you to the wonderful staff at Premier Inn Harrogate Town Centre and Premier Inn Buxton hotel who went above and beyond during my stays with them.
Thank you to Tom at Shape Your Future Ltd for driving miles and miles to give me physio support, and will be supportingme through my recovery. To BusinessLodge Stoke who have championed my challenge since I came up with the idea.
Thank you to Claire and Neil for putting me up and Gillian and Glen for my overnight stay and looking after me. Mickey Racing for joining me on my walk through Leeds to Harrogate.
The big surprise was my friend Marc appearing on my penultimate round to join me and Gillian on our stage and then coming back for the final day.
My biggest thanks goes to my fiance Carl and my daughter for their support throughout my journey. Carl was my rock at every stage and I couldn't have completed this without his support and that of all my followers.
I have beat my target of £3k for Pancreatic Cancer UK and am now only £62 short of £4k. You are all amazing people for supporting me and I feel truly humbled.
Thank you to Scottish Fire and Rescue Service for my amazing welcome at Kirkcaldy Fire Station. I was overwhelmed with emotional when I turned the corner to the station.
I am now back home and resting with my family.

A woman, who now lives in Stoke-on-Trent, has walked back to her childhood home in Fife, covering one marathon for every year since her mum passed away.

The final day has arrived. Kirkcaldy here I come. Mum, I know you will be there every step with me. I know today will be emotional and there will be tears.
For those coming to see me at the fire station, I aim to be there for 14:30. Please remember not to park on the station grounds.

This is my final destination tomorrow. Kirkcaldy Fire Station. If you would like to cheer me over the finish line, I am aiming to arrive for 14:30.
The Fire Station is aware when i am going to be arriving and that a few people may be there to see me finish. Please can ask that if anyone is coming to NOT park on the Fire station grounds or block the entrance and exit. Red watch will still be on call at the station.

What a day! The penultimate stage of my Ultimate Challenge. I had two amazing friends join me who kept me going to the end. I cannot thank Gillian and Marc enough for their support. It was also a day of surprises. Firstly Marc appearing out of nowhere when I arrived at Danderhall. Then my amazing fiance surprising me with our gorgeous daughter and my aunt and uncle just as I was a iut to cross the Forth Road Bridge into Fife.
Crossing the bridge was really emotional, as I hadn't walked it since losing mum. She was with me every step 💜.
The final stage tomorrow. The walk to Kirkcaldy Fire Station on the 12 year anniversary of mum's death and my finishing line.
This will be the hardest stage of all for me but also the most rewarding.
