The remaining commitee give notice that they formally retire from the residents association at 9.59am on the 21st of March 2026 .We had a blast and did what we could though difficult times .

This meeting is open to residents within the associations boundaries only .
( Cumberbach estate , Oversley estate , Rivington estate , Withington estate , Fegg Hayes road , Fegg Hayes Village , Biddulph Road ).
All nominations for commitee positions must be made by the 14th of March via emails to :

No nominations will be excepted on the day re the constitution , all residents are given the mandatory 6 week notice .

We have had a message from santa , hes back at the North pole , but he as a special message for a princess on Oversley who gave her dummy to Santa , he will take pictures of her dummy being added to his Christmas tree tomorrow , as hes very tired and needs to go bed and the Christmas tree lights are off as the elves are sleeping.

20th December is the Santa run around the estates in Fegg Hayes
Anyone who would like to help , please meet on the carpark on oxford road at 5pm in festive clothes .
Thank you to the volunteers at Sylvesters Community Trust for wrapping presents for Santa .

The Santa dash will go ahead as planned,on the 20th December ,then the RA will be suspended until an AGM can be arranged in February ,as Can does not want to be the Chair,as there is no alternative members ,thus a suspension will take place until a new commitee is in place.

The chair lady has stood down ,with great saddness the chair will now be passed to Can Akkurt .has vice chair .The Normal christmas activities will be go on has normal an a AGM will be called in Feburary .

Ive heard a rumour ,that Santas doing a pre christmas drive around Fegg hayes on the 21st December ,this rumour needs to be confirmed ,omg Santa is coming ro our Village .Times need to be comfirmed etc ,so excited.
