🟢 This week is Mental Health Awareness Week 2026
This year's theme is Action, because awareness alone isn't enough. Real change happens when we take steps, however small, to look after ourselves and each other.
As Freemasons, the values of brotherhood, care, and community are at the heart of everything we do. This week, we're encouraged to put those values into practice:
💚 For Yourself: Build small, positive daily habits that support your wellbeing
🤝 For Others: Check in on a Brother, friend, family member, or colleague
🌍 For All of Us: Support better mental health services and help reduce stigma
You can also get involved by:
👕 Wearing green to show your support
🚶 Moving for Mental Health: physical activity is a powerful tool for wellbeing

Remember, it's okay not to be okay.
What matters is that we act.
