Vision25 We are an independent training and social care provider, who support young adults (age 17+) with disabilities To promote health and well-being.

The charity has 4 main aims:-

To promote independence through a life skills programme. To integrate their members into the community as much as possible attending various recreational activities to tackle social inclusion. For their members to experience volunteering to gain valuable work skills.

Today we enjoyed a lovely walk down to the waterfront park and had lots of fun on the swings! 🌳😊 One group walked to Asda to pick up everything needed for our delicious continental breakfast, while another group had an amazing trip to Hopetown Museum! 🚂✨ At the museum, we explored the fascinating displays, saw some fantastic old trains and even had the chance to try on some historical outfits. What a brilliant day full of fun and adventures!🌟
