🌿 Breathe, Sense, Explore

Our Breathe, Sense, Explore sessions are available to people aged 18+ who live in Stockton and are either pre- or post-diagnosis of ADHD and/or autism.

Taking place in a small, supportive group over four weeks, the sessions offer an opportunity to explore practical tools and techniques to support your wellbeing, including:

🌿 Relaxation techniques
🌬️ Breathwork
🧘 Movement
🎧 Understanding and exploring your sensory needs
✨ Practical ways to support self-regulation

Whether you’re awaiting a diagnosis, have recently received one, or have been living with an ADHD and/or autism diagnosis for some time, these sessions are designed to give you space to explore what works for you.

🌼 Daisy Fest Preparations Are Underway! 🌼

It’s that time of year again! Our farm team are busy preparing the barn for Daisy Fest, which means the indoor barn will unfortunately be closed to visitors this weekend while we get everything ready.

But don’t worry — there’s still plenty to see and enjoy! 🐐🐑🐇

Visitors can now access the side path of the farm, leading through to our outdoor animals. You’ll also get a first glimpse of our brand-new Lovebird aviary! 🐦❤️

As always, James will be on hand to support you during your visit and make sure you have a fantastic time at the farm.

🐾 Fancy some animal handling?
If you’d like to take part in an animal-handling experience, simply speak to James or a member of our Care Team. We’ll be happy to arrange an animal encounter for you in the main building.

Pictures from our first residential trip to Peat Rigg earlier this month, made possible thanks to the generous support of PD Ports 💚

The trip was a huge success, with attendees enjoying an amazing range of activities, from caving and canoeing to abseiling and team-building challenges!

Trips like this give young people the opportunity to try new experiences and create lasting memories that they may not otherwise have access to, while also providing valuable respite for parents and families.

A huge thank you to PD Ports and everyone who helped make the trip such a memorable and special experience 🍀

🎊 Fundraiser spotlight 🎊

Today we're celebrating 10 year old Mila, who held a bake sale to raise money for Daisy Chain's Big Give campaign 🍰

She made fantastic posters, packaging, and delicious sweet treats, and managed to raise £150!

Mila said: "Hi, I'm Mila and I'm 10 years old. I'm raising money for Daisy Chain because my brother is autistic and I know it can be hard for children and young people like him. Daisy Chain help young people like my brother feel secure and valued in today's society. Your donations will really help a great cause like Daisy Chain."
