Eastern Ravens Trust is a local registered charity and company limited by guarantee based in Stockton-on-Tees. The organisation has distinct aims and objectives aimed at supporting the informal education of children and young people experiencing social exclusion and/or disadvantage alongside supporting local volunteers. ERT has a longstanding history of supporting children and young people since it’s inception in 1961.

The Young Carers Card supports young carers with their caring role and helps school/college staff to identify young carers in their setting.
