Meet Catalyst's new Chief Executive 📣

Earlier this spring, Catalyst Chief Executive Lucy Owens announced she will be stepping down from her role after 6 years at Catalyst and two years in the Chief Executive role. We can now share that after a thorough recruitment process, the Catalyst Board is delighted to appoint Sam Palombella as the next Catalyst Chief Executive.

Sam said, "It's a privilege to take on this role, and I'm delighted to be joining Catalyst. I hope to make a positive contribution and support the important work the team does to champion and help Stockton-on-Tees' vital charities"

Sam takes over as Chief Executive from Monday, 13th July, and brings with him valuable leadership experience and a strong commitment to supporting the VCSE sector across Stockton-on-Tees. He has already visited Catalyst House to meet the team, and we look forward to welcoming him as he leads the next chapter of Catalyst's journey. We know you'll all give him a big welcome.
