🌸 Menopause Awareness Month 🌸

Struggling to cope with menopause 💜

Impact on Teesside is looking at running a FREE 6-week programme here at The Wellbeing Hub, focusing on psychological approaches to managing perimenopause, menopause and post-menopausal symptoms.

The sessions will cover symptoms and strategies to help improve your wellbeing, including:

🟢 Anxiety & sleep
🔴 Sweats
🟡 Hot flushes
🟢 Stress management

📅 We don’t have a date confirmed just yet. Once we have enough interest, a date will be arranged and shared with everyone.
