As comes to an end, we are reminded that for those bereaved by su***de, the journey through grief is ongoing. Grief following su***de can be especially complex, with the added layers of shock and the persistent question of "why" making it uniquely challenging.

These feelings, along with guilt, isolation, anger and many more can make processing such a loss even harder. But remember - these emotions are a natural response to an unimaginable loss, and neither you nor your loved one is to blame.

Through our national support groups, individuals bereaved by su***de can start to make sense of these emotions and explore their grief in a safe space. Lets continue the conversation around grief 💜

If you have been bereaved or affected by su***de, there is help available and you do not have to be alone. We can help and support people who have been bereaved by su***de.

These groups are run by volunteers, the majority of whom have been bereaved by su***de themselves.

Our services can be accessed as often and for as long as you need them. It doesn’t matter how long it has been since your bereavement happened or what your relationship was with the person who died. If you feel you have been affected by a su***de and you would like to talk about it, we are here. Su***de knows no social, ethnic or cultural boundaries and neither do we.
