WE GROW We Grow supporting people with their mental wellbeing through horticultural activities. We Grow is a charity that was set up in 2008.

The aims and objectives of We Grow are to support people who are recovering from alcohol misuse and who are working to sustain their abstinence and live an independent life alcohol free. We do this by using horticulture as a constructive and meaningful use of time, the activities we provide help prevent boredom to those who would otherwise be at home alone on a daily basis and at high risk of rela

pse. Our work helps build confidence, self esteem a sense of belonging and pride to people who have been isolated from society and trapped in a world controlled by alcohol. We Grow is here to help STOP that cycle.
