Happy New Year 🥳
We would like to take this opportunity to thank everybody for all of the support of Stockport Allergy and Asthma Parents over the years.
As the need for support for our families continues to grow, we have made the decision to register as a charity, so we can continue to give the support group and this community the time it so very much needs and deserves.
We are based in Stockport and our groups will continue to run in Stockport and Greater Manchester. We ask that you please follow the link to to continue to follow us over there, where you will see the dates for upcoming events as well as information and resources related to allergies, asthma and eczema.
We look forward to seeing you over on our new page and are so very excited to what 2025 has in store for us.

We are so excited to share our guide with you on how to have a ‘Merry Free From Christmas’
There are sections for you to fill out and a list of our favourite free from finds this year as well as recipe ideas for a free from Christmas dinner.
These will be available for free at our evening support meet up on Tuesday night.
If you haven’t already, please sign up using the QR code so we know how many people are coming.

Good morning,
A reminder of our starting school with allergies and asthma event this evening.
7pm at the Governors in Cheadle Hulme.
I will bring along all of the resources we have made and the information from the school nursing team.
If you have any questions, we will do our best to help you.
Equally, if you don’t have a little one starting school but you fancy coming along to listen in or share your own advice, please do come along.
It’s always a lovely evening with lots of general chat as well as living with allergies.
I have made some wonderful friendships through these evening meetings and it always helps to have a chat with someone else who is going through a similar time to you.

As parents of children with these conditions, we understand how tricky the transition to school can be, and not only for our little ones. We know that handing the trust and responsibility of managing your children’s health over to someone new, can be a huge transition for us too.
Come and join us, to meet other parents of children starting school or pre-school this September.
We will be sharing the best ways to store medication, communication with school and what schools can do to keep your child safe.
If you have older children and your own tips and experiences, we would love to hear from you too.
Parents, children and other family members are all welcome. We will have some activities out for children to enjoy, whilst you have a chat and brew 🩷

Free from pancakes FTW 🙌🏼
What did you have on yours?
Tesco had a vegan mix this year which was suitable for my children and no may contains 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼
We had them a mixture of Biscoff spread, Heavenly dairy free squirty cream, strawberries and blueberries 😋
