Our Story
We help owners of Stirling’s traditional buildings choose the right repairs. Over the duration of the initial pilot scheme, we found that around 88% of Stirling’s traditional buildings needed priority repairs in the next 12 months.
But finding the right repairs for older buildings can be tricky. Traditional properties need special care. Special skills and the right materials from qualified contractors are key to keeping your older property in good working order.
We’ll give you a helping hand to choose the right repairs.
Traditional Buildings Health Check is the first scheme of its kind in Scotland. It is funded by Historic Environment Scotland.
