nd gain confidence to get out and enjoy the countryside. In addition, an understanding of relevant conservation and environmental issues and awareness of our impacts all form part of each course. The main NNAS scheme has three levels of award: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Bronze level is suitable for people with little or no prior navigation knowledge. There are also Outdoor Discovery Awards (ODA) which are aimed at all ages and abilities, promoting exploration in local areas using simple maps e.g. street maps, pictorial park maps & orienteering maps, and with a gradual learning progression. Please note that the awards are individual skills awards and should not be used as a leadership qualification of any kind. Last Minute opportunity to join us in Eryri 8th - 10th June. Couple of places left - if interested send me a DM - you will not find a better value course!

Learn how to be safe in the mountains/hills with a three day Map reading course. Covers the many apps that are available too; how to deal with emergencies; best of all, you wil walk away being confident in your ability to plan and navigate using the NGB awarded by the National Navigation Award Scheme

Do not be put off by the fact its in Eryri as we know quiet places that we can get to and its not all about the summits in navigation!

Well organised, well delivered, well enjoyed. That's the standard our NNAS registered course Providers set!
