If you are 13-25 and you have experienced discrimination, marginalisation or other similar barriers, Creative Stirling would like to invite you to an event next weekend. A Window into Our World: Stained Glass Workshop with Shonah Escombe
Saturday 15th August, 10am-5pm (full-day workshop)
Join stained glass artist Shonah Escombe for a creative and welcoming day exploring identity, belonging and the spaces we share through glass art.
Through collage, drawing and group discussion, you'll develop ideas inspired by your own experiences, community and sense of place. You'll then be introduced to stained glass techniques including fused glass, copper foiling and soldering, creating a unique glass piece to take home.
Free event, booking essential. Suitable for all experience levels. No previous experience is required, and all materials will be provided.
Please only reserve a place if you intend to attend. This workshop is costly to deliver, spaces are very limited, and we'd like as many people as possible to have the opportunity to take part.
