Part of the Internationally renowned Toastmasters organisation. We help people to overcome their fear of public speaking and develop their communication and leadership skills.

Great evening tonight at Stirling Speakers! We kicked things off with the theme around change and the clocks springing forward, led by Toastmaster Bob.

Ava delivered her prepared speech, and we followed it up with a really fun round of Table Topics, with some great prompts from Kirsty. Huge well done to Fiona for taking the win!

It was also lovely to welcome our guest Lancelot, great to have you join us.

Such a great evening all round, good job everyone 👏

Tonight was something a little different at Stirling Speakers, an online meeting! 💻

Well done to our Toastmaster Andrew for keeping everything running smoothly and ensuring the meeting went to plan. We adapted, improvised, and made it a great evening.

The theme was all things travel ✈️ and we enjoyed two prepared speeches. Well done Andrew and Gary for your great contributions. We also had some fun and engaging Table Topics, keeping the travel theme going.

Great effort from everyone who took part tonight!

We look forward to seeing you all again on the 23rd March at 7pm at the Mayfield Centre.

We kicked Monday off focusing on the themes of “Bold Beginnings”. And it was great to welcome our guest Rebecca to the meeting.

In line with Chinese New Year and the Year of the Horse, we touched on what the horse represents, movement, courage and growth. We then moved on to prepared and semi prepared speeches from Margaret and Shrenik, followed by the exciting part of the evening, Table Topics.

Well done to Jennie for winning Table Topics, and well done everyone. A nice group photo to finish.

Monday evening’s theme was “All the Things We Love,” a little nod to February being the month of love. Everyone shared small pieces of the things they care about and what makes their days better 🙂

We had two great prepared speeches, followed by Table Topics with some thoughtful and fun questions. Huge well done to Jennie for taking the win 👏

If you’re interested in building confidence, meeting friendly people and having a few laughs along the way, come and join us.

What a great, full packed night at Stirling Speakers!

We had two prepared speeches, Bob shared insights from his novel followed by a really interesting Q&A, and Ava delivered a thoughtful reflection on care work.

Big thanks to Jennie for running engaging Table Topics, and well done to Andrew for winning tonight!

Fantastic job everyone, such a supportive and inspiring atmosphere.

✨ First meeting of the New Year! ✨

We kicked off the year at Stirling Speakers with Bob as Toastmaster. We had two prepared speeches from Donna and Izi. Izi’s speech was an educational, making sure we are navigating base camp effectively.

Table Topics followed with the new year themed session, and a big well done to Kirsty for taking the win! 🎉

Well done to everyone who took part, a brilliant start to the year.

It was a fantastic evening at Stirling Speakers as we explored the unexpected in its surprising forms. We were delighted to be joined by two guests tonight. The theme continued into a lively round of Table topics. A huge congratulations to Morag, one of our guests, who won Table Topics this evening, absolutely fantastic!

Thank you to everyone who took part and made it such an enjoyable, energetic meeting.

👻🎃 Spooky fun at Stirling Speakers 👻🎃

It was a very spooky theme of pagan rituals tonight at Stirling Speakers, with Margaret bringing some fun with torches, apple bobbing and sweets. We kicked off with two speeches, one impromptu by Kevin and the other a prepared speech delivered by Jennie. Both stole the show.

The spooky theme continued at table topics where we were asked all things bonfire related. Well done to Fiona who won this evening. Great effort everyone.

Last night we were joined by three guests and kicked off with our theme of the night, Autumn Nuts, getting us all in the autumnal spirit.

We enjoyed two fantastic prepared speeches from Ava and Kevin, well done both! Then Robert led a lively and entertaining Table Topics session where our guest Gordon stole the show 🌟

Such a vibrant and encouraging atmosphere all around, great work everyone!
