Not sure whether a Level 3 or Level 4 engineering apprenticeship is right for your business?

You’re not alone, this is one of the most common questions we hear from employers.

The short version:
👉 Level 3 = build future talent
👉 Level 4 = develop capability faster

Both have their place and the right choice depends on your goals, team structure and growth plans.

We’re also seeing a rise in remote engineering apprenticeship opportunities, helping businesses access wider talent pools and stay flexible.

If you're thinking about hiring or up skilling through an engineering apprenticeship, we’re here to help you get it right.
