Being newly diagnosed with MS can bring up so many questions, thoughts and feelings.

Our New to MS Peer Pod is a welcoming online space for people who have been recently diagnosed or who are just feeling ready to reach out and connect. 💜

The next session is tomorrow, Tuesday 17 February at 7pm. Our hosts are Fiona and Rory, who are welcoming to everyone who joins. They both live with MS, so they understand what it is like to go through being diagnosed with MS and truly understand this stage of the journey.

Call 01206 226500 or email [email protected] if you need any support joining or if you have any questions. 🙌

New blog by The Wellderness on their efforts to be more accessible, not just physically. Have a read 💜

Welcome to Notes from Nature - a new monthly blog from the Wellderness.

If you're a newsletter subscriber, this is in place of the emails that used to drop into your inbox, sometimes on an almost monthly basis. If you're not a newsletter subscriber, your days of missing out are over!

Like the newsletters, these blogs will be about nature and wellbeing, as well as sharing news and updates from the Wellderness.

Past emails have covered nature photography, hedgehog highways and why doing nothing is doing something. This month, we talk about our approach to accessibility and why it matters to us and our community.

So, if you were a fan of our semi-regular newsletters, hopefully, you'll like these blogs as well. If you hadn't ever read the newsletter, hopefully, you'll like these blogs.
