We are delighted to see the incredible impact of funding provided by Stevenage Community Trust to support pupils at St Nicholas School.

The beautiful wall mural, funded through our grant, now sits alongside the fish tank we were proud to help purchase two years ago, creating a calm, inclusive wellbeing space that supports emotional regulation, sensory needs, and positive social interaction for some of the school’s most vulnerable pupils, particularly those with SEND.

“The grant to purchase the wall mural behind our fish tank has been a fantastic addition to the actual fish tank that Stevenage Community Trust supported us to purchase 2 years ago. We currently have 185 pupils plus their families and 44 members of staff who have access to this beautiful resource, plus the various groups who use our building outside of school hours. Everybody has been overwhelmed by the impact that this mural has made to this wellbeing area of school.”

We are proud to support projects that make such a lasting difference to our local community. 🌟

Help Us Make Our Charity Golf Day a Success! ⛳

On 1st July, we’ll be hosting our Charity Golf Day, kindly sponsored by Tollers Solicitors to raise funds to support our local community. One of the highlights of the day will be our raffle and auction and we’d love your help.

We’re looking for raffle or auction prize donations, big or small. Ideas could include:

🎁 Gift vouchers
🍾 Bottles or hampers
🏌️ Experiences
🛍️ Gifts or services

Every donation genuinely helps us raise more for a great cause.

We know many people already support us so generously throughout the year, and we’re hugely grateful for that continued kindness. If you’re able to contribute a prize this time around, we would be incredibly appreciative.

If you’d like to donate or find out more, please send us a message or email [email protected]

Community Support in Action 🌟

Stevenage Community Trust is proud to have presented a cheque for £1,200 to The Foodshed to help replace their flooring.

After almost 10 years operating from the same premises without renovation, the existing flooring had become heavily worn and difficult to maintain despite being cleaned countless times. It was no longer sustainable and did not create the welcoming environment that visitors deserve.

With over 100 referrals accessing The Foodshed every week, there is a huge demand placed on the facilities and this upgrade will make a real difference to both volunteers and the local people relying on the service.

We’re delighted to support such an important community organisation and help improve the space for everyone who walks through the door. 💚
