What a fantastic evening, made special by everyone who came along to celebrate, remember and support our Armed Forces community.

A huge thank you to the incredible North London Military Wives Choir, who started the evening with a performance worthy of a standing ovation, and to the brilliant Pat Smith, who had us all in stitches!

Most importantly, thank you to everyone who attended, supported and helped make the evening possible.

Great entertainment, great company and a room full of people brought together by a shared respect for our Armed Forces Community.

Some veterans find their recovery through sport. Others through the outdoors, art, or simply being around people who understand.

For me, it was music.

After leaving the Army, I spent years struggling with my mental health and addiction. Finding a way to express what I was feeling wasn't easy. Sometimes, I didn't even understand it myself.

Music gave me something I hadn't realised I needed. A way to process emotions, tell stories and reconnect with a part of myself I'd lost along the way.

I'm not a professional musician. I'm a veteran who discovered that writing music could help me make sense of things that words alone couldn't.

And that journey has led to something I never imagined.

On 11 November, I'll be releasing We're Still Here, a song bringing together veterans from The Muster Point and Veterans in Crisis Sunderland, alongside the incredible voices of the Military Wives Choirs.

It's about remembering those we've lost, recognising those still fighting their own battles and celebrating the strength of the Armed Forces community.

Recovery isn't one-size-fits-all.

We often talk about getting veterans into sport or physical activities, and rightly so. But we also need to recognise the power of creativity, music and finding a sense of purpose.

Because sometimes recovery isn't about finding the person you used to be.

It's about discovering who you can become.

A standing ovation, and thoroughly deserved!

The North London Military Wives Choir set the bar incredibly high at last night's Muster Point Celebration of Remembrance Ball.

An absolutely stunning performance that brought the room to its feet!

If you have a connection to the military and enjoy singing in a female vocal range, why not find your local Military Wives Choir and give it a go?

You don't need to be an experienced singer, just a willingness to get involved and be part of something special.

WHAT A NIGHT! THE MUSTER POINT CELEBRATION OF REMEMBRANCE BALL 2026! 🇬🇧

A massive thank you to everyone who joined us last night for our second Celebration of Remembrance Ball.

The bar was set incredibly high right from the start by the North London Military Wives Choir, whose outstanding performance earned them a thoroughly deserved standing ovation. What a way to open the evening!

Then came the brilliant Pat Smith, who had the room in stitches! Although he did point out that with me compèring, he'd just witnessed the longest warm-up act in comedy history.

Personally, I prefer the term fluffer. 😂

But beyond the music, laughter and comedy, last night was about something far more important.

Remembrance, camaraderie and bringing our Armed Forces community together.

To everyone who bought a ticket, donated, supported our auction, volunteered or helped make the evening possible, thank you.

And most importantly, to our veterans and their families, you're the reason we do what we do.

We remember those we've lost, and we stand alongside those who are still here.

Same time next year? 🇬🇧

We're all set for tonight's Muster Point Celebration of Remembrance Ball 2026!

The tables are set, the finishing touches are in place, and we're ready to welcome everyone to The Cromwell Hotel in Stevenage.

Tonight is about much more than a black-tie event. It's about bringing our community together, remembering those who served, honouring those no longer with us and celebrating the incredible Armed Forces community.

We've got a fantastic evening lined up, with the North London Military Wives Choir, veteran comedian Pat Smith, a charity auction, a few surprises and plenty of laughs along the way!

A huge thank you to everyone who has helped make tonight possible.

Doors open at 6pm. We look forward to seeing you all!

🎶 WE'RE STILL HERE – THE CHRISTMAS NO.1 CAMPAIGN IS GATHERING MOMENTUM! 🇬🇧

Another bit of fantastic coverage for our Christmas single, this time from The Northern Echo!

What started as an idea has turned into something much bigger, bringing together veterans from The Muster Point in Hertfordshire, Veterans in Crisis Sunderland and singers from Military Wives Choirs.

We've recorded an original Christmas song about survival, remembrance and the importance of connection, particularly for those who find Christmas a difficult time of year.

And yes, we're having a crack at Christmas No.1! 🎄

The song is released on 11 November, Armistice Day, and we're going to need the Armed Forces community behind us if we're going to give it a proper shot.

From Veterans in Crisis Sunderland to The Muster Point in Hertfordshire, veterans from opposite ends of the country have come together alongside the Military Wives Choirs to record our Christmas single, We're Still Here.

Different regiments, different generations, different battles. But united by one message.

We remember those we've lost, stand alongside those still fighting their battles, and remind the nation that WE'RE STILL HERE!
