Here's our June wishlist - a huge thank you to everyone that donates! We've been completely out of tinned meat and fish the past couple of weeks, which is a real staple - if you're able to donate a tin or two this month, it would really help! Thank you 💚🥫

It's the season that usually sees us struggling to fill bags - but your generosity has kept us being able to support so many families through the month of May!

A huge thank you to the ongoing support of David Barney & Company LLP Solicitors , to RCCG City of David Stevenage for their Tesco deliveries to Foodshed, thank you to Sodexo for their continued support through their Stop Hunger Charity, to Airbus for the ongoing support and donations from their staff, and to Stevenage Community Trust for their generous donation. We've also had some wonderful donations from Marquis of Lorne, Stevenage , and St Nicholas Community Centre. A huge thanks for all of the regular donations too - there are so many indivduals, churches, businesses and good people in our community that give so generously.

The impact the Foodshed has on Stevenage is beyond measure. Every item of food donated not only provides someone with a full stomach, but the hope of knowing someone cares. 💚

Here's our May wishlist - if you're able to donate something into one of our donation baskets, we'd be truely grateful! At the moment we're giving away around 1,500 bags of food per month to support households across Stevenage facing food poverty. Anything you can donate goes directly to support those people most vulnerable in our town. Thank you 💚

Who spotted all those smiling faces in Tesco Broadwater last Saturday? 😁

A massive thank you to everyone who stopped by, picked up a leaflet, and made a donation. Thanks to your generosity, we collected an incredible 373kg of food - that’s over 42 crates filled to the brim with essential items!

Your support will make a real difference and help keep us going over the next month. We’re so grateful - thank you SO much! 💚

Big thanks for all of the support from Rotary Stevenage Grange and St Peters Church, Stevenage - and all of our own incredible volunteers too!

Thank you to 💚 Serco for their ongoing support and donations, to 💚 David Lloyd Stevenage and 💚 Premier Travel Letchworth for the donation of all of the Easter Eggs this month, to Sodexo UK & Ireland for a HUGE donation of boxes and goodies as part of their Stop Hunger Campaign.

We're so appreciative of all of the time, energy and effort that goes into each and every donation - we wish we could share the joy that we feel when passing them on to those that really need it! Thank you everyone 💚

We've seen a huge increase in donations from people using these bags in Tesco Broadwater and Stevenage Town Centre!! ✨ A huge thank you to everyone who's added a bag to their weekly shop, it's made a big impact! 💚 Thank you Tesco!!

Our April Wishlist! We're completely out of Tinned Meat, Fish and UHT Milk! And for the first time EVER in Foodshed history, we ran out of BAKED BEANS! 🥫 Need is high and we're so grateful for every single item that gets donated, it really makes a difference to people's lives.

Chesfield Downs Golf Club called us last week as they had a whole cage of food to donate to us! We're so in need of donations at the moment, and things like this really do help! 💚

So many wonderful donations over the past couple of weeks! A huge thank you to Walkern Preschool, Iris Court Care Home - Barchester Healthcare and Martins Wood Primary School for hundreds of Easter eggs ready for us to give out at this week's drop in! We've also seen Bunnies Preschool with a really generous donation (including a very fluffy zebra! 🦓) and the ladies from the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community with some amazing donations too.

A huge thank you to all of the people involved in organising, donating and bringing the bags up our stairs - we appreciate you! 💚
