With gusts of 40mph + it was a lively session this morning, just the one race but an adrenaline fueled one, with three capsizes into the chilly water the mugs of hot tea in the clubhouse post race were very welcome…A good turnout though…

A very tasty spread was laid on afterwards with plenty of festive banter and laughter. A cracking day at HCYC ⛵️

Fantastic sailing in the two Sunday races. Wind really filled in for race two with over 20kts, which made for some really exciting conditions. One racer over the line at the start, oh wait was that me! 🤣🙄 so that meant going back for a re- start while the others sailed off clean.
