🚨SUNDAY IS THE DAY IN ANNFIELD PLAIN! 🚨
Imagine if every street had just a few people who cared enough to make a difference.
On Sunday we're coming together for our very first Connecting Communities - Cleaning 1 Street at a Time community litter pick, and we'd love YOU to be part of it.
🌟 Meet at Annfield Plain Community Centre
⏰ 10:00am☕ FREE refreshments available before, during and after the event
🦺 Equipment provided
👨👩👧👦 All ages and abilities welcome
We'll start with a short introduction and equipment handout at 10am, then everyone can take part in whatever way suits them.
✅ Join a team and help cover part of the village
✅ Focus on your own area
✅ Stay for a chat and a cuppa
✅ Bring the children and help them learn about looking after the place they live
✅ Or simply come along to see what it's all about and be part of something positive
There is absolutely no pressure. Do as much or as little as you like. Every bag collected, every piece of litter picked up and every person who comes along helps make a difference.
Children attending under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult and they will have the opportunity to become Annfield Plain's official Little Pickers and receive a certificate for taking part. 🏆
This isn't just about litter.
It's about pride.It's about community.It's about meeting neighbours.It's about showing that together we care about where we live.
