Hi we have been offered this corner sofa and chair from a lovely lady in Stanhope, the sofa goes into a double bed. We have checked our family's list and we don't have anyone on the list for Something like this. If you are in need or know someone please let us know as this needs collected this this Thursday, unfortunately this will need collected as we don't have the visilities at the moment to sort this out.

Hi everyone sorry we haven't posted much lately, we have still been busy with furniture and white goods etc etc but just wanted to put a little update on.

This time of year Linda would be getting excited and planning for Stanhope Show and the Christmas Appeal, she would even be wrapping presents ready.

(Yes I know very early to even think about Christmas but the planning and logistics takes a lot of time)

Even though Linda was retired she would of still been a huge part helping in the back ground and keeping us right, As you will all understand we are still absolutely heart broken and lost and to be honestly had no direction or decision on what we where going to do, I'm really struggling to even think about the Christmas Appeal to be honest and have seriously thought about just packing it all in as I've been totally lost.

But then I think what would Linda say and do if she could communicate to me, first thing she would say is, godson, you do what ever you think is best for you and never make yourself ill or feel guilty you have already done so much.

Then she would say, maybe try and do one more year and see how you feel, there's a hell of a lot of families and people who need this.

I deal with death in a strange way, I lost my amazing aunty and my amazing god mother within a couple of months of each other and I was very close to both. I deal with it in a way where I still try and believe they are still here, I can't look at photos or memories or posts or talk about it, I know its very strange but that's my way.

If I carry on all I know is we will need a lot of help and I will have to make some changes but I will still not change anything that me and Linda originally set up when we started this charity as this is what makes us a very unique charity cic.

Please bare with us and hopfully we can still keep this going as its the only one like it in the UK and it's here in Weardale.

Thanks so much for all your support you’ll never understand how much it means to us and especially to Linda.

Hi everyone. As most know we don't just do Christmas. We are busy all year around helping families, please read how you can help below.

Already this year since Christmas we have handed out allot of white goods and furniture, washing machines,dryers,fridge freezers,beds,drawers,mobility items etc etc.

We have been extremely busy and don't think we will be able to cope with demand. 123clearance donates allot to us but unfortunately can't keep up.

How you can help below.

Items we always need below.

1...Washing machine, dryers, fridge freezers, cookers etc preferably no older than 4 years old but if in very clean working order we can still take them.

2...bed frames all sizes and mattresses, obviously mattresses must be in very good condition.

3...furniture... chest of drawers, bed side tables, in good condition.

4... air fryers, kettles,toasters, must be in clean good working order.

5..., bedding, quilts,curtains,curtain poles,rugs,quilts,pots pans,

6...mobility scooters,wheel chairs.

We wouldn't had anything out to families or individuals what we wouldn't have ourselves.

We are just putting the feelers out to see if this would work, our collection tines may be just once a week and obviously we can't just collect I little item like a kettle but these can be dropped off at Stanhope, or crook and if you have the means big items can also be dropped off at tow law or stanhope.
