We updated and added some things to our Amazon wish list 🤞🏼 (just saying 😉)
We don’t mind if things can be found cheaper in other shops and left at medivets for us. We’re not fussy where it comes from 🤣 Any help is appreciated 🙏🏻

And more dumped kittens!😕
These babies have joined us from Medivet.
7 this time! ‘The magnificent 7 litter’
4 x boys 3 x girls.
As soon as we have completed their intake paperwork and treated them for flea & worms they will be packed off to one of our amazing fosterers 🥰
They should, hopefully be ready to share for adoption in about 10 days 🤞🏼😁

Today’s cat of the day is…Tagliatelle
He joined us from Medivet as an unclaimed stay with a wound to his back leg.
Today, he went off for castration and was given a clean bill of health 😊 He tested negative for FIV & FLIV so, can live with other cats if introduced correctly. He has been aged at approximately 3 years old.
Anyone looking for a complete friendly gentleman to join their household, this is your chap.
£85 adoption fee applies.

🙏🏻 To the sender of the cheque with the attached note, ‘keeping it local’ THANK YOU 🙏🏻
We are a self funding branch and our funds, like most other rescues are desperately low. A random donation like this means so much to us.
We have 7 tiny new hungry mouths joining us tomorrow (details tomorrow) and the little munchkins will definitely need lots of food!!
Thank you 😊

We have a number of enquiries to adopt Deli.
The reason we don’t reserve any cat or kitten before it is actually ready to leave, is because we need a full picture.
All cats and kittens are ‘all’ neutered prior to leaving. They are all tested for FIV & FLIV. The results of this, if positive, can determine if a cat needs to be an ‘only’ indoor cat.
We operate a fair adoption policy. Which means, we post everything available to everyone. Our perfect match forms are available on our website.
We don’t hold any personal information in advance for GDPR.
Thank you to everyone who has sent inbox messages to adopt Deli. Please keep an eye on our facebook & website for updates. 😊

💖Deli 💖
Our little dumped kitten is a girl.
She has been to medivets for a full health check and has started her vaccinations. She has also been flead & wormed.
Thankfully, she has calmed down quite a lot from yesterday. If we had done anymore than we did yesterday, it would have just been too stressful for her. She was in complete fight and flight mode.
Our next challenge is her matted coat. She is long coated and it’s a tangled mess. Luckily, it’s not tugging her skin. Our plan is to give her a gentle bath and see how much we can detangle. If we can’t get all the knots out, we may need to shave her. Fingers crossed it won’t come to that.
Over night she ate a full pouch of kitten food and a good amount of kitten biscuits. She again, polished off another full pouch, over 2 meal sittings, this morning. It looks like she is determined to survive.
Whilst we are in the subject of good news…. Our 2 stray Tom cats are now fit enough to be castrated tomorrow 🥳 they have both put enough weight on and their scars are healing nicely.
Thank you everyone who supports us. We definitely couldn’t keep all this up without everyone’s help. 🥰

The kitten.
We apologise for referring to the kitten as ‘it’ but, we have absolutely no intentions of handling this poor baby anymore today. ‘It’ will be left to calm down and probably for the first time in its little life, enjoy a full belly and a warm comfy bed.
Tomorrow we will slowly clean it up and check what s*x it is. Today, that is irrelevant.
We will post a gender reveal tomorrow.
We hope this explains to everyone who has posted and inboxed that we shouldn’t refer to the kitten as ‘it’.
