Spring has sprung! Who's having a baby soon?! We had another WONDERFUL Birth Choices Club session earlier this month - I never tire of meeting you amazing expectant couples who want better & are willing to invest the time to prepare for labour & birth!

Just a reminder on our pinned fb post, we have some FAB evidence-based resources that will give you loads of food for thought & we're always here to answer any questions or needs you may have!

We are back for 2026!!

We have both been very busy already in 2026, but we are now ready and set for the Birth Choices club to return in March.

This is a free 2 hour session (you can join for however short or long you wish) this is not a structured class, but an opportunity to chill, meet other couples and pick the brains of myself(Rebecca) and Grace the Doula on everything birth and postnatal related.

And it is totally FREE to attend, plus drinks and biscuits available.

Happy New Year! Are you giving birth this year? If so, congratulations, we are here for you! 🥰

You are in good hands with us, Grace is an experienced birth doula (see our intros!) & Rebecca AKA mama blossom.. well, she needs no introduction!

Good afternoon! Our next Birth Choices Club is tomorrow night 7pm at Rebecca's gorgeous studio!

We still have space if you're pregnant & have questions you'd like to explore. It's a free session & cosy chilled vibes are mandatory!

Ahead of Christmas craziness, it's a time for you & your partner to re connect in a relaxed setting (with a lovely hot drink), ask (any) questions about your upcoming birth, discuss any fears, frustrations & share your exciting new chapter with other couples at a similar stage!

We also have access to Rebecca's amazing library of resources which you can refer to :)

Hello! Just a quick check in & to let you know we are still very much here! The lead up to Christmas can feel really overwhelming, loads to do, presents to buy, family & friends to think about... not always much time for YOU!

This is why we want to continue to open up spaces for you, bump & your partners to join us twice a month to fully focus on you, your pregnancy, your birth choices & any questions you have about the immediate postpartum, too.

No question is a silly question, you're safe here. Rebecca and I have been super busy running courses, group classes & attending births, but please know we are still here to chat to you virtually & answer any questions you may have in the lead up to meeting your baby!

The birth choices club is a free to attend 2 hour session for a max of 5 couples at the Mama Blossom studio run by myself and Grace.
Anything birth, postnatal and baby related, we are here with skills, techniques, evidence based information and experience in a relaxed friendly group.
