Community Organisers have been in Stafford since December 2012. At first we worked within certain areas namely Highfields and Silkmore but have branched out to support the whole of Stafford now and continue to focus on building relationships and mobilising people within their communities. stand up and be accounted for!.. Community Organisers listen to the concerns of their community and help them

to take action on the issues that matter most to them and create that positive change that is needed. Locality ran the Community Organisers programme between 2011 and 2015. Community Organisers Ltd was formed In the summer of 2015 as the programme in its current form came to an end.

Community Organisers Ltd (CoLtd) is taking forward the legacy of the Community Organisers programme as an independent body supporting the community organising movement. CoLtd is currently managing a grant fund to support Community Organisers and their communities – Why dont you find out about the mobilisation fund??.

Don’t forget Stafford Food Bank is open Tuesday to Friday 11am to 2pm.

Please visit Citizens Advice Staffordshire South West for a referral to the Foodbank service - or if you already deal with a support worker - they can help you to. Your GPs Surgery or local school can refer you to.

We operate a 6 in 6 months policy and don’t offer direct access to the service.

We are here to help support but not make you dependant - a referral must be made by a professional in the community … Emergencies and extenuating circumstances will always be considered …💚🩵💚🩵
