💚 BELONGING — THEN & NOW 💚

As part of YFC Week, we’ve been thinking about what belonging really means.

So we’ve been digging through the archives… and we’ve found some absolute gems! 📸😂

Some of these photos are from 20+ years ago, some are more recent, and some might bring back a few memories for those who were there!

Different faces.
Different fashions.
Different tractors.
Different generations.

But one thing hasn’t changed…

YFC has always been about people. 💚

It’s the friendships made, the competitions won (and lost!), the nights out, the trips, the fundraising, the volunteering, the questionable outfits and all the memories made along the way.

For some, YFC has been a few years of their life.
For others, it’s been decades.
And for many, the friendships made through YFC have lasted long after their time as a member.

That’s what makes YFC special.

You might join for one thing, but you stay because you belong. 🌾💚

So here’s a little trip down memory lane…

Can you spot yourself, your friends, your parents — or maybe even your grandparents? 👀

Tag yourselves, tell us what year the photo was taken and share your favourite YFC memories below!

What an incredible achievement for Ashley Young Farmers! 👏

As Staffordshire YFC, we couldn’t be prouder of the dedication, time and effort that every single person has put into helping Ashley reach their goal, all in memory of our much-loved former County Chair, Danny. ❤️

Please donate if you can and help us share this far and wide to support such a fantastic cause in Danny’s memory!

🌾 NFYFC Week – Meet the county officers 🌾

This NFYFC Week, we’re celebrating the theme of Belonging and what it means to be part of the Young Farmers’ community. 💚

From the friendships we build and the experiences we share, to the opportunities that help shape our future, Young Farmers’ Clubs give us a real sense of belonging, purpose and pride in agriculture and rural life.

The Oxford Farming Conference is another fantastic opportunity to bring people together, share ideas and discuss the future of farming, food and the countryside. 🌍🌾

Being part of YFC means having a voice, learning from others and helping shape the future of our industry. Together, we can celebrate where we come from, the people who support us and the future we’re building.
