On Friday 8th May 2026 our Day Centre friends and staff marked the 81st anniversary of VE Day by holding a commemorative 1940’s themed afternoon tea. 🇬🇧

The team wanted to honor the WW11 generation and remember the sacrifices made in 1945.

We enjoyed a lovely afternoon tea with dancing, singing and games. We even made some wartime recipes to mark the occasion.

Thank you so much to everyone involved for all their hard work and dedication.

Join Katharine House Hospice, Stafford for their monthly Memory Cafe, taking place this month during

The Memory Cafe offers a welcoming space where attendees can access support and useful information. It provides an opportunity to discuss how affects you, gain guidance from healthcare professionals and connect with others who have lived experience.

A local dementia adviser from the Alzheimer's Society is available at each session to offer tailored guidance and support.
