As part of our exciting work to help restore the herb gardens at Stafford Castle we are also attending their latest open day โ€“ Wildlife at the Castle - Sunday 17th May!

Alongside a stand selling herbs and plants to raise money for the gardens we will also be on hand to talk through the work in progress and vision for the beds. The groups have been doing some brilliant research on herbs, to make sure we plant historically accurate species of the period and create signage alongside it. Please feel free to come along and ask plenty of questions. There will be lots to do on the day and the only cost is parking. Please see link below:

Buxtons Donation!

Massive thank you to Buxtons for a very generous donation of tools including a wheelbarrow, loppers, shears, gloves, forks and more! It will be a huge help in supporting the groups that we run here and keeping the project maintained.

Buxtons is brilliant business just outside of Brocton with a huge range of gardening, landscaping and arborist equipment. The store is huge with loads of equipment set up so you can explore in person and advisors on hand to help. They also repair and service equipment! Members of our team have also completed training courses there in the past so highly recommend!

We recently had the pleasure of supporting Chase Aqua Rural Enterprise in Penkridge with a donation of a wheelbarrow filled with secateurs, shears, trowels, hand forks and gloves.

C.A.R.E provide valuable rural and therapeutic activities, supporting people of all ages in our local community. Hereโ€™s Ellis with other members of the team at C.A.R.E. It was great to visit and see their work firsthand. Make sure to check out their page and see what theyโ€™re all about!
