NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
STAFFORD AND DISTRICT RIDING FOR THE DISABLED GROUP

NOTICE is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Stafford and District Riding for the Disabled Group will be held on Tuesday 9th June at 7.00pm 2026. This year the AGM will be held at Dunston Village Hall, Stafford. The Agenda is as follows: -

Apologies
Approval of Minutes of Annual General Meeting held on 26th September 2025 at 7.00pm (attached to Notice)
Matters Arising
To receive and if approved, approve the draft Accounts of the Group for the financial year ended 31st March 2026. (Financial Statement attached to Notice)
To receive the draft Trustees Annual Report (attached to Notice)
To receive a Report from the Chairman on the Group’s activities since the previous AGM.
To note the retirement by rotation of one third of the Trustees (in accordance with our Constitution):- Fiona Round and Maxine Connelly – with re-election if agreed and approved.
To appoint an auditor or independent examiner of the Group – Richards Associates
