In the spotlight this week....

🌟Ettie🌟

Ettie is new to our team but is a Seasoned Professional in life.

At 23 years young she is a perfect school mistress but is still capable of flicking her toes doing an Elementary dressage test with her owner or cantering across Cannock Chase with the wind in her hair. Ettie has also had a foal in the past and proved to be a super mum.

If you listen closely she has a slight Australian accent 🇦🇺. She boarded a plane and flew over when her owner relocated to England ✈️.

Ettie is our super model, having appeared on the cover of a magazine, and loves having her photo taken 📸.

She is now a firm favorite for our riders as she is so gentle and just loves everyone 💖

In the Spotlight this week...

🌟Betty🌟

Betty, aka Big Bertha or Betty Spaghetti, is our 2 times RDA National Champion🏆.
Betty is 12 years old and 16.1hh. She belongs to one of our volunteers/grooms and is a perfect all-rounder in every way.

Everyone loves to ride her as she carries all of her riders with patience and care.
She loves food, just as much as she loves to jump and hack out, and her favorite pastime is searching everyone's pockets for a treat 🥕
For a grey Betty scrubs up well coming 1st🥇and 2nd🥈in the Best Turned Out classes at the RDA National Championships at Hartpury this year.
Betty loves being in the spotlight and flicks her hooves with delight during competitions.

This evenings ride ended with a very special presentation for one of our amazing volunteers.
🌟Ollie🌟
Our trustees came out en masse to inform Ollie that he has been nominated for volunteer/fundraiser of the year.
Ollie came up with the idea of a Christmas Tractor Run to raise a little bit of money for our group. After running the idea past his parents, and with their help, he got to work and successfully organized the event, liaising with the authorities and highways for all the needed permissions.
The event was a great success and a huge amount was raised for our group.
The money Ollie raised has been put to good use enabling us to purchase a new addition.
Let's introduce Lochie 🐴. Our newest member of the team (more details of our new boy to follow)
So let's all wish Ollie the best of luck at the awards ceremony in November, but to us he is definitely our winner 🏆
