Gold Leadership! 🥇
Congratulations to CWO Taylor who, last week, completed her gold leadership course at RAF Halton!
“Completing Gold Leadership has been a really rewarding experience and something I’m extremely proud of. Throughout the course, I took part in practical assessments, group presentations and theory lessons, all of which challenged me to develop my leadership skills and learn in different ways.
I feel the course went extremely well and has given me a much deeper understanding of leadership that I can take back and apply within my squadron, wing and region. One of the things I enjoyed most was meeting cadets from across the country, building new friendships and learning from everyone’s different experiences.
Gold Leadership has reminded me that achieving this level isn’t the end of my leadership journey, but the beginning of what I can continue to achieve.”
