Les Naftiaux Community Centre Les Naftiaux Community Centre was built in 1974 to address a growing need to support the young people in the area, especially on the estate.

It continues to provide weekly youth clubs during term term time. Les Naftiaux was opened in September 1974 with the focus on young people and the elderly. The Centre is staffed voluntarily. Youth Clubs still run during term time. There is a playground and car park to the rear of the building.

Can you think of a better way to start 2025 than by announcing a new project to support young people in Guernsey?

Are you looking for a new years resolution that doesn't end up being another gym membership or hobby that falls away throughout the year? Are you looking for a way to give back to future generations of our community? Our new project needs your help!

Volunteering with us will give you the commitment & reward you want from a good new years resolution, whilst knowing that you will make a real difference to the lives of young people.

If you are interested in volunteering with young people then we want to hear from you! Volunteers will need to give around 1-2 hours of their time per week (when active), attend a volunteer training and attend a quarterly group supervision session.

If this post has sparked your interest then please send an email to [email protected] and we will be in touch nearer the projects official launch with more details about how you can get involved.
