Our wonderful chefs have come up with a delicious menu for you this Christavali 🤤 We cannot wait to see you all very soon for our last event of the semester!

For those taking part in our Secret Santa, please check your emails for information about the person you will be gifting! The budget is £7, so get creative!

We encourage everyone to bring their own bowls and cutlery as we are trying to reduce waste as much as possible. Please be aware that there will be trash bags available for rubbish around the hall.

Thank you all for supporting us at the Taste of Asia Food Fayre this past weekend! We had such an amazing time cooking and serving our delicious dishes that we’ve all missed from home 😊 If you can’t get enough of our food, we have another event coming up in a few weeks! Early Bird tickets are sold out!!!

CHRISTAVALI is happening on the 26th of November (Saturday)! This is one of SMIG’s most famous events of the year. Come along to celebrate the end of the semester teaching with yummy food, good company and a secret santa session!

If you are interested in cooking for our event, please look at our previous posts for more information about that. You will be entitled to a FREE TICKET if you do!

ATTENTION TO ALL MALAYSIANS- MEMBERS AND NON MEMBERS!

This is an UPDATED POST.
We are collaborating with UKEC and VoteMalaysia to host a GE15 Postal Voting collection center at Beacon Bar in the Union on WEDNESDAY (16th November). Please read the information in our slide/email very carefully.

We hope to see many of you there next Wednesday. If you do not have a Malaysian witness, there will be someone who will be able to assist you on Wednesday itself. Do not hesitate to DM us if you have any concerns about this.

Our NEXT EVENT is happening soon! We are recruiting chefs for CHRISTAVALI, so if you are interested, click the link in our bio to sign up!

Chefs will get a FREE TICKET to our event and we will be reimbursing the cost of ingredients.
