Tackling concussion in rugby. How we started:
Steven Sims attended St Andrews university and entered his first 7s team ‘FISH’ in 2007 (Fijian Institute of Sporting
Heroes). We didn’t do very well, so the following year
Steven opted for a change of brand and so The Cavaliers
were born. Our purpose is to honour Steven by doing what he loved. Playing rugby, supporting younger generations to play safe

but most importantly, to enjoy the beautiful game of rugby. To be a Cavalier means training hard, challenging yourself, continuously learning and adapting and having fun along the way.
