πŸŽ‰ We’re a Finalist! πŸŽ‰

We’re incredibly proud to announce that we have been shortlisted for the Investors in People Employer of the Year (Platinum) Award in the 2 to 49 employees category.

Being a Finalist for UK Employer of the Year means a great deal to us. It is recognition of the people behind our culture; the colleagues who care, challenge, support and continually look for ways to do things better.

We’re honoured to be recognised alongside so many inspiring organisations!

🀞 Wish us luck!🀞

βŒ›There's still time to have your say!πŸ—£οΈ

From 21 September, Acuity will begin the telephone survey stage of our Tenant Satisfaction Survey. This is the final opportunity for residents who have not yet completed the survey online or returned a postal copy, to share their feedback.

If you're contacted by telephone, we encourage you to take part. Your views help us understand what's working well, where we can improve, and how we can better meet the needs of our residents.

Remember, everyone who completes the survey will be entered into a prize draw!πŸ†

Thank you to everyone who has already taken part. Your feedback is invaluable and helps shape the services we provide.

We are delighted to announce that we have achieved Gold Status, awarded by the Lincolnshire Domestic Abuse Partnership (LDAP) through its Domestic Abuse Workplace Accreditation Programme.

Achieving Gold Status demonstrates that we have embedded robust domestic abuse awareness and safeguarding practices throughout our organisation.

We would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Natalie Watkinson, whose guidance, expertise and encouragement have been fundamental! Natalie has supported us every step of the way, helping us strengthen our understanding of domestic abuse and safeguarding, develop effective workplace practices, and achieve this important recognition.

We are proud to be recognised by the Lincolnshire Domestic Abuse Partnership!

πŸ“’ We're Introducing a new housing management system πŸ“’

Over the coming weeks, we will be transitioning to a new system designed to help us improve the service we provide to our residents.

As with any major change, there may be a short adjustment period while the system is implemented and our team becomes familiar with new processes. During this time, some services may take a little longer than usual, and we would appreciate your patience and understanding.

Please be assured that we are working hard to make the transition as smooth as possible and to minimise any disruption.

Thank you for bearing with us while we make these improvements. We will keep you updated and let you know of any important changes along the way.

πŸ’™ Thank you for your understanding.

πŸ’™ Worried about rising household costs? We're here to help.

We know that increases to energy bills can put extra pressure on household budgets, especially as we approach the colder months.

If you're an LRHA resident and you're struggling financially, please get in touch with us. We can refer you to organisations that provide advice and financial support. We may also be able to help through our Resident Support Fund.

The quarterly energy price cap will rise by 4% from 1 October 2026.

This will be an increase of around Β£5 per month for the average household.

This is a cap on energy unit price plus standing charge, not a cap on total bills.
