102 birthday cards for Gwen! 🎂

The people we support from Dunsford, Keal and Spencer's have been busy creating 20 beautiful handmade birthday cards for Gwen, a local lady who will be celebrating her incredible 102nd birthday at the end of September! 🎉

Staff spotted a Facebook post from Gwen's residential home, who are hoping to collect 102 cards - plus two extra! - to help make her special birthday one to remember.

The people we support were delighted to get involved, putting lots of care and creativity into making their cards for Gwen. We hope they bring a big smile to her face when she opens them! 💌

A lovely day out on the railway! ☕🍰

Sue, Mary, Rachael and support worker Steph enjoyed a fantastic day out, starting with a trip to KFC before heading to the Lincolnshire Wolds Railway.

They enjoyed a lovely, relaxing ride on the steam train, taking in the scenery along the way. Of course, no steam train trip would be complete without refreshments, and everyone enjoyed cups of tea alongside some delicious jam and cream scones! ☕🍓

It sounds like a wonderful day filled with good food, great company and a little bit of steam train magic. 🚂💜

Jacqui's London adventure! 🎶✨

Jacqui has been making the most of the bank holiday with an exciting trip to London - and what better way to celebrate her love of ABBA than with the incredible ABBA Voyage experience! 💃🎤

Jacqui had an amazing time, singing along and chatting throughout the experience. She also enjoyed a lovely walk around London before meeting up with her Dad, brother, sister-in-law and nephews 💜

This trip was particularly special as it was a big goal for Jacqui - completing a solo trip with staff support. It was fantastic to see her achieve something she had been working towards and enjoy such a memorable adventure along the way! 🌟

A brilliant day out in Mablethorpe! 🍦🌊

Angela, Sue and Alison from Beech Lodge recently enjoyed a fantastic day out in Mablethorpe with support workers Steph and Kayleigh.

The day was packed with fun, including a trip to the arcades, a game of bowling, a delicious meal out and a lovely walk along the beach - complete with an ice cream! 🍦

There was even a little friendly competition on the bowling lanes, with Alison taking first place! 🏆👏

It sounds like everyone had a brilliant time enjoying the day, trying different activities and making the most of the local community.

Happy 50th Birthday, Kate! 🎉

Kate celebrated her 50th birthday in style this weekend at Beech Lodge with a fantastic pyjama party! 🥳

Kate chose exactly how she wanted to celebrate, with a delicious buffet, disco, karaoke and a quiz - and everyone got involved by wearing their favourite pyjamas! 💤🎶

Friends from Oak Lodge and Livingstone Court also joined the celebrations, helping to make Kate's special day even more memorable.

Kate said she had a brilliant birthday and particularly loved her fabulous balloon display! 🎈💜

A huge well done to Luke Murphy, Liam Boulton, Cherry Chamberlain and Rachel Nicholson for completing their Level 3 qualification in Environmental Awareness and Sustainability! 🎓

The group should be incredibly proud of their hard work and the practical skills they developed throughout their qualification. They put their learning into action through painting and woodwork projects at Mablethorpe Community Hall, creating something they can look back on with real pride.

They are now waiting to receive their certificates - congratulations to you all! 👏🌟💜

A fantastic day at the circus! 🎪

The people we support from Spencer Lodge enjoyed a brilliant day out at the circus recently!

The day started with a delicious roast dinner at the Welcome Inn in Skegness. Everyone enjoyed their meals and drinks and were in great spirits before heading off for the next part of the day.

After a short drive around Skegness, it was time for the Wonder Circus! There was lots of excitement as everyone settled in to enjoy the show, with the clown, horses and spectacular aerial performances proving particular favourites.

During the interval, there was time for some circus treats, with popcorn and doughnuts enjoyed before everyone settled back down for the second half. The entertainment continued with a performance to K-pop Demon Hunters, plenty of clown antics and even more impressive aerial acts.

It was a brilliant day filled with great food, laughter and entertainment, and everyone had a fantastic time! 🎪✨

Our First Linkage Outreach Camping With Confidence Event! ✨

What an incredible evening we had at our very first Camping With Confidence event!

People we support and members of the local community came together to enjoy an evening full of laughter, encouragement and plenty of memorable moments.

One of the highlights was our “I’m a Celebrity” themed eating challenge, which brought out everyone’s adventurous side and had the whole group cheering each other on! 👏

The level of involvement, inclusion and enthusiasm throughout the evening was fantastic. It really showcased what Linkage Outreach is all about - providing people with learning disabilities and autism with opportunities, choice and the confidence to try new things.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the event so special, with a particular shout-out to Say Hello charity for supporting the event. 💜
