At Bro Pro UK, we’re incredibly grateful to Kate Cooper for taking on an incredible challenge this September — the Yorkshire Three Peaks — in support of our work.
Kate will be taking on around 24 miles, climbing Pen-y-ghent, Whernside and Ingleborough, and pushing herself physically and mentally to raise funds and awareness for su***de prevention.
But this challenge is about so much more than the miles.
Kate has seen first-hand the devastating impact su***de can have on individuals, families and communities, as well as the incredible work being done by grassroots organisations to support those affected.
By choosing to support Bro Pro, Kate is helping us continue what we do every day — creating safe, welcoming spaces where men can connect, talk openly and access support without fear of judgement.
We know that connection can save lives. Sometimes, a conversation, a cup of coffee, a listening ear or simply knowing that someone is there can make all the difference.
Kate has been putting in the work, combining running and CrossFit to build the strength, endurance and resilience she’ll need for what will be a seriously challenging day.
So from all of us at Bro Pro UK — thank you, Kate. ❤️
Thank you for believing in what we do. Thank you for helping to raise awareness. And thank you for being willing to go that extra mile for su***de prevention.
We’ll be cheering you on every step of the way!
Let’s get behind Kate and show her what the Bro Pro community is all about.
Connection. Conversation. Community.
Good luck, Kate! 🏃♀️⛰️💙
