💜 Supporting Veterans & Families Across the North East 💜
We’re proud to be partnering with Anxious Minds to bring new support sessions to the Team Solan Support Hub for Veterans and their families in Spennymoor and across County Durham.
On Fridays, our Support Hub will host two welcoming weekly sessions, creating a safe and supportive space where people can connect, talk openly, share experiences and spend time with others who understand.
🍳 10am–12pm: The Dug Out Breakfast Club
A relaxed morning get-together for Veterans and their families. Pop in for a butty, a brew and some friendly company, meet others who understand military life and start the day feeling connected.
💜 1pm–3pm: Cancer & Loss Support Group
A gentle, understanding space for Veterans and their families affected by cancer, bereavement or loss. Whether you want to talk, listen, share your experience or simply be around people who understand, you’ll be made very welcome.
