As December begins and letter writing kicks off, we thought we’d answer some of your Frequently Asked Questions…
1. What exactly is “Letter to Santa at No.3”?
It is a little local community charity initiative that helps deliver Christmas magic to the local area. We offer beautifully designed, personalised letters that appear to come directly from Santa himself!
Each letter is crafted with care, featuring festive stationery, North Pole-style details, and a magical message tailored to your child and all donations go to a local charity.
2. What information do you need about my child?
To make each letter personal and magical, we ask for:
• Child’s name
• Age
• Return Address so the reply makes it’s way back to you
• A few special details (accomplishments, hobbies, Christmas wishes)
• Any message you’d like Santa to include
The more details you share, the more magical the letter becomes!
3. What is the order deadline?
Our final deadline this year is December 15th so we can make sure every letter arrives before Christmas Eve.
4. How will the letter arrive?
It arrives just like real Santa mail — and kids absolutely love it!
5. What if I want to include something special in the letter?
You can!
Whether it’s a special achievement, a reminder, or a new baby in the family — just let us know.
Santa is very good at personal touches. 🎅✨
6. Is this suitable for children of all ages?
Yes!
These letters are perfect for little ones discovering the magic of Christmas, as well as older children who love festive traditions.
7. How do we donate?
Pop your donation into the envelope and the money will be given to a charity on Christmas Eve.
8. How much should we donate?
We ask for £2.50 per letter but if you wish to donate more you are more than welcome to! It will all go to supporting a local charity this Christmas
9. Is the postbox checked often?
Yes! The postbox is emptied every night so nothing is left over night meaning no one else will see your letter or get your donation.
10. Can we sit in the sleigh?
YES! The sleigh is made from wood so will be okay for you to sit in and take pictures.
11. Can we take pictures?
Yes! Please take lots of pictures when posting your letters & tag us in them! We love seeing everyone enjoy our Christmas magic 🫶🏼
Happy letter writing everyone!
