⭐️VOLUNTEERS WEEK 1-7th JUNE ⭐️
Thank you to all our amazing volunteers at Spalding Sea Cadets.
Spalding Sea cadets may only be 3 months old! However, we would not have been able to open the doors to new cadets if we didn't have volunteers come forward as instructors.
Each giving up so much of their spare/family time for our cadets, whilst also working full time jobs, to start their onboarding and completing their mandatory training modules.
So much goes on in the background. Jobs at the unit (building flatpacks 🤦♀️) endless paperwork, revalidation of instructor qualifications, lesson planning, the list goes on 🥵
Without all of our volunteers whether they are uniformed staff, Civilian instructors or the Unit Management team, the Spalding unit could not run without the level of commitment and dedication from the whole team at Boston and Spalding unit!! 👏
