Rainbow Nursery Long Sutton Rainbow Nursery is a registered charity based in Long Sutton, Lincolnshire offering childcare 3m-10y

Rainbow Nursery's aim is to create a secure, friendly and stimulating environment
for children aged from 3 months, in a parent-involving community based group
whereby children are encouraged to socialise and learn through play within a
frame work which ensures equality of opportunity for all children and families and
involvement in the childrens progress.

We are now taking bookings for the Summer Holidays ☀️. The Holiday Club runs from Thursday 23rd July 2026 to Friday 28th August 2026 inclusive. Monday 31st August is a bank holiday and the nursery will be closed.

We will be taking children up to the age of 10 years old and sessions are required to be pre-booked as there are limited spaces available.

WE HAVE BUTTERFLIES 🦋🦋
Now the butterflies have finally emerged from their cocoons, the children were able to watch them be released into the wild this week....... One particular butterfly wanted to hang around with us for a little while :)
We have loved every minute watching and learning all about the transformation of the caterpillars into butterflies.

The children have been really enjoying our inside bug station and learning all about the cycle of the caterpillar / butterfly.

The caterpillars are now wrapped up nicely in their cocoons in the chrysalis station ready for their next stage......... 🦋

Rainbow Nursery will be open during May half term next week:
Tuesday 26th May - Friday 29th May inclusive .
Catering for ages 3-10 years.
Our opening times are 7.30am - 6pm Monday - Friday.

Please note we are CLOSED Bank Holiday Monday (25th May 2026)
There will be various activities on offer inside and outside, baking, crafts etc.

We would like to say a huge well done to Jay for completing his 10k Run last week with a completed time of 1:07:49😁.
He raised a total of £510, which will be shared between Rainbow Nursery and The Firefighters Charity.

Thank you to all who supported and donated towards this and a big thank you to Jay for his kindness and dedication.
