We are moving our route into town to make the most of the beautifully lit autumn streets.
🤗 Everyone is warmly invited to join us for our next Nordic walk around Spalding—we would love to see you there!

🌙🚶‍♀️ Weekend started with some activity! 💪❤️

Although the cold made itself felt, we didn’t let the weather stop us! 🧥🍂 With our walking poles in hand, we headed out for a walk along the dark streets, covering more miles and getting some fresh air and exercise. 🌙🚶‍♂️

You don’t always need sunshine and perfect weather to do something good for yourself. All you need is the willingness to get moving, a little motivation, and some lovely people by your side! 🥰💚

🌅 We set off on our Nordic Walking session bathed in the warm glow of a golden sunset, standard poles in hand as the day slowly gave way to dusk. By the time we crossed the finish line under a starlit, dark sky, the temperature had dropped, but the spirits of the group were visibly higher than when we began. 😃
That unmistakable boost in everyone's mood and energy proved beyond a doubt that the nighttime stride was working its magic.💕

👫 Razem możemy stworzyć coś wyjątkowego dla naszych dzieci i dla nas samych! 🧡

Startujemy z projektem 10 wyjątkowych spotkań dla dzieci i dorosłych – przestrzeni do zabawy, nauki, integracji i budowania lokalnych relacji.

🙌 Aby ten pomysł mógł się zmaterializować, musimy zebrać jeszcze 50% potrzebnej kwoty. Każda, nawet najmniejsza, wpłata przybliża nas do celu i sprawia, że te warsztaty naprawdę się odbędą!

✨ Jak możesz pomóc?
Wpłać dowolną kwotę – liczy się każde wsparcie
Udostępnij ten post – niech wieść idzie w świat!

Dajmy dzieciom piękny czas, a sobie okazję do spotkania. ☺️
💑 Ogromne podziękowania dla 24 osób i organizacji, które już okazały swoje wsparcie tej inicjatywie!

-------------------------------------------------------

👫 Together, we can create something special for our children and for ourselves! 🧡
We are launching a project featuring 10 unique meetups for kids and adults—a space for fun, learning, integration, and building local relationships.
🙌 To make this idea a reality, we still need to raise 50% of the required amount. Every donation, no matter how small, brings us closer to our goal and ensures these workshops actually happen!
✨ How can you help?
Donate any amount – every bit of support counts!
Share this post – help us spread the word far and wide!
Let's give our children a wonderful time and give ourselves a chance to connect. ☺️
💑 A huge thank you to the 24 people and organizations who have already shown their support for this initiative!

🍁 A great session with the Nordic Walking group today!
😎 It’s definitely that transitional time of year where dressing for the weather is a total guessing game—half the group opted for short sleeves, while the other half played it safe in long sleeves.
🤗 Looking forward to the next walk!
