Open Tuesday & Thursday 12 - 2, providing a warm meal and food parcels for the homeless, and 3 day food parcels for those in crisis.

An enormous thank you to all the guys from Perfect Move who were so helpful moving all the heaviest of trays and equipment to our new location.
Also to My Castle Maintenance who moved the rest!

We would like to inform you that from Tuesday 21st April Agapecare Foodbank is relocating its services to:
The Lighthouse Church
18-19 Broad St
Spalding
PE11 1TB

This building was the former Coneys Dept store. The foodbank will be located at the back of the building and can be accessed through its own entrance.

To facilitate this move, the foodbank will be closed from Thursday 2nd April and will reopen on Tuesday 21st April as usual.

We therefore will not be able to take any referrals during this period.

Our phone number and email address remain the same.

Unfortunately our Tuesday weekly larder will be closed from March 24th and we will no longer be serving takeaway meals.

Agapecare Foodbank wish to say an ENORMOUS THANK YOU to everyone in our community who has supported us so generously with donations of food, finance, toys and their time to help us support over 125 families this Christmas time.

Longstaffs and Co
Coop Travel and the Funeral Care team for volunteering their time
Spalding High School - (1500+ tins and packets!)

( your support throughout the year has been amazing)

Spalding Inner Wheel

And those who gave so many advent calendars, made the special children's bags and the beautifully wrapped presentation baskets.
Every child attending one of our special needs schools had a calendar and several baskets went to those who are struggling with very serious health issues, to show they are not forgotten.

However large or small your donation, it is always appreciated by us. Without your support we could not be there when people in our community are in need.

Not forgetting an ENORMOUS THANK YOU to all our wonderful volunteers, who serve the community so faithfully and kindly each week at Agapecare Foodbank.

And lastly to God, Who gave the greatest gift of all, His Son, at Christmas time that we might know true hope, peace and love when we know Him and give this to each other.

Big Thankyou to all the schools and churches who have given us their Harvest donations during the past few weeks.

We have been overwhelmed by your exceptional generosity to us this year, especially in our present economic climate of continued rising food prices. But because of you, we can continue to maintain food parcels to their usual quality and quantity.😀

We also wish to say a Big Thankyou to several other organisations who have made monetary donations. These will go towards preparing our Christmas hampers, not long away now!😀

A Big Thankyou also to our volunteers, who tirelessly give of their time and energy each week to help feed our local community 😀
