I run a bereavement drop-in locally and wanted to share in case it helps anyone...

Next Tuesday is my next bereavement drop-in — this time at 6:30pm.

This is what to expect.

You come in.

There's a cup of tea, if you want one.

It's warm and quiet and there's no agenda.

Nobody will ask you to share anything you're not ready to share.

Nobody will tell you how to grieve or where you should be by now.

You won't have to sit and listen to other people's pain if that feels too much.

You can talk. You can listen. You can just sit with people who get it.

That's it. That's all it is.

Good Morning. It has been brought to our attention that the bingo is being advertised by others, which is great that it is being shared and we appreciate that.

Due to some recents enquiries the management committee would just like to confirm that the bingo is managed and run by members of the management committee and trustees only. There is no third party involved and is run in accordance with the necessary regulations and legislation.
